Can someone explain to me what this "Civilian National Security Force" is? Apparently I must have missed the news that day when the media outlets were asking Mr. Obama specific questions about this plan. How silly of me. I should have been paying closer attention. I'm asking because from my understanding we already have the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I thought we already have the National Security Agency. I thought we already have state and local police forces. But apparently Mr. Obama sees the need for an additional federal security force. Certainly opponents of the Patriot Act are well aware of the details of this plan. Maybe they'd like to chime in.
